Die Farbpalette in einigen der Geysire im Yellowstone National Park zeigt sich breit und facettenreich. Besonders ausgeprägt ist dieses Phänomen beim „Artist‘s Paint Pot“-Geysir. Das Zusammenspiel der vielen Farbnuancen, gepaart mit brodelndem, schäumendem Wasser, Wasserdampf und Schlammblasen war Inspiration für SPLASH.

The color palette of some of the geysers in Yellowstone National Park is wide and featuring uncountable shades. This is especially true for the “Artist’s Paint Pot” geyser. The combination of the various hues with the broiling and foaming hot water, with the steam and the mud bubbles were the inspiration for SPLASH.
